Bodywork sessions are 75 minutes and include a combination of modalities
Each session unfolds specific to the individual using all my tools of nearly twenty years in practice structured to support all layers of physical and nonphysical well-being.
Muscle tension and strain patterns have roots in how we move through the world. Strength and weakness, levels of symmetry or asymmetry, and how we feel all have an effect on how our bodies function and move. It is important to honor that tension patterns have often been held in the body long before our session, so unwinding and healing will also happen in the body’s own time.
- Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT)
- Body Mobilization
- Myofascial Release
- Craniosacral Therapy
Reported relief and improvements have included:
- Joint pain
- Stress & anxiety
- Muscle cramps/spasms
- Carpal tunnel symptoms
- Plantar fasciitis symptoms
- Injury recovery: sports injury, auto accident, surgery recovery
Massage has been shown to decrease the incidence of tension headaches and speed healing after injury and surgery. By combining modalities, bodywork sessions have the added benefit of working with nerve issues, chronic stress and joint pain. Long standing patterns of pain or discomfort may have begun with a specific injury or incident but are held in tension patterns from head to toe. Working in a global, integrated way, we can unwind these long-held patterns allowing the body to heal and reintegrate, creating long lasting change, greater comfort and greater ease of movement.
Currently, professionals from psychotherapists to doctors are acknowledging the role mindfulness and embodiment can play in stress, stress related health concerns and general wellbeing. Integrated bodywork is an effective way to increase mindfulness, bring greater movement to the body and allow for deeper stress relief as the body becomes a more comfortable place to be.

Thanks so much for the great session yesterday - my back and lower regions already feel 100% better from the massage and stretching. Also, I propped my pillows up last night as shown and didn't feel any sharp pains in my lower pelvic region when I got up this morning…Overall, a huge success! Thank you!
